TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your rental includes
* Insurance (- Limitation of liability in case of damage (CDW) - Limitation of
liability in the event of theft (TP) - Civil liability)
* Local taxes
* Airport surcharge
* Road tax
* Premium location surcharge (Premium Location fee)
* 24-hour roadside assistance
Compulsory local taxes
Customers will be responsible for tolls, traffic congestion charges, fines for over
speed, fines for no parking and related administrative costs.
Not included
Other optional extras & taxes
* Tax for collection of the vehicle after hours
* One way fee (where applicable)
* Extras requested at the time of booking or locally rented (for example, seats for
children)
* Deliveries and Withdrawals
* Additional insurance to cover damages to passengers and / or driver
* Fines, parking fees and motorway toll booths
* All bookings via telephone support will be increased by 10 to 20% depending on
availability of vehicles and seasonality
Please note that payments required at the rental agency for extra accessories,
may be subject to local taxes and sales taxes. Prices for extras are set by
individual rental companies and may vary by location.
Payment Policy
Please note: not all suppliers accept Chinese UnionPay credit card, or
credit with the UnionPay logo for collection, as in Australia and New Zealand. Please
consult the UnionPay website for more details.
Deposit requirements
The following payment systems are accepted at the beginning of the rental to cover the deposit:
Credit Card - Mastercard / Visa (NOT Prepaid / NOT Rechargeable)
Credit Card - American Express (NOT Prepaid / NOT Rechargeable)
Credit cards must be in the name of the main driver
At the time of collection, you will need to leave a security deposit of between € 300 and € 2500 depending on the selected vehicle
supplier will not accept credit or debit cards issued by Raiffeisen Bank.
Driver age & requirements
The minimum age to rent a car is 19 years.
For vehicles of the ECMR, EBMR, ECMN category the minimum age is 19 years.
For vehicles of category EDMR, CCMR, CWMR, ICMR, IWMR, IXMR, DBMR and IMMR age
minimum is 21 years.
Young drivers aged 19 and 24 included will pay € 18.76 per day up to a maximum of
€ 281.40 per rental
Please note: Not all suppliers accept the Chinese license and legal translation. Please
check our Terms and Conditions for more details or contact us before traveling.
European Union citizens must provide the following documents upon collection:
1. The driving license
2. The passport or identity card
All documents must be issued at least one year before the vehicle is collected.
Citizens who are not members of the European Union will have to provide the following documents to the
pick up time:
1. The national driving license
2. An International Driving Permit (or an official translation of the driving license, issued
from the embassy or consulate - this is mainly applied to Chinese citizens)
All documents must be issued at least one year before the vehicle is collected.
Citizens who are not members of the European Union but who are resident in Italy for at least one
year, they will need to provide the following documents upon collection:
1. An Italian license
2. The passport or identity card

Requirements for collection
Your valid driving license and the Voucher or eVoucher
Fuel policy
The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned with full or costs
refueling will be applied.
Foreign trips
In the event that you intend to travel to countries outside the rental country, cross the
borders or drive to different islands within the same country, please inform our own
offices at least 7 days before picking up the car, as there may be restrictions for
some countries or it could be
the supplier's authorization is required.
Note on extra accessories
Please note that according to driver and young driver and extra accessories such as child seats, snow chains etc,they are on request and subject to availability. These will have to be paid locally and could be
subject to local and airport taxes.
Cancellations: Reservations paid in full: This type of reservation can be canceled
at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period with the sole charge of the costs
administrative.
If the reservation will be canceled with less than 48 hours notice from the beginning of the period of
rental, a penalty equal to 3 days of rental will be applied. There is no reimbursement, but
not even a surcharge, for bookings lasting less than 3 days. In a situation where the
withdrawal of the vehicle will not be granted due to insufficient documentation or due to a lack of card
valid credit, we will proceed as in the case of cancellations occurred with less than 48 hours of
notice, as long as the company is aware of it at the time of collection.
Reservations paid with deposit: If the reservation will be canceled with at least a notice
48 hours from the start of the rental period, a penalty will be applied equal to the amount of the
storage area. If the booking will be canceled within the 48 hours prior to the start of the rental,
a penalty equal to 3 days of rental or deposit will be applied, depending on which of the two
amounts to the major. There is no reimbursement, not even a surcharge, for reservations
lasting less than 3 days. In a situation where the withdrawal of the vehicle will not be granted for
lack of sufficient documentation, or if the driver does not present a credit card
valid (and we will know immediately upon collection), we will proceed
as in the case of cancellations within the 48 hours prior to the start of the rental.
In case of payment not made at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection time of the vehicle, the
reservation will be canceled following the previously described Terms and Conditions.
In no case will refunds be made for the costs of managing the reservation made by
Automotive Solution.
Changes: The reservation can be changed free of charge before the start of
rental period. If these changes should affect the rental price, as in the case
of changes to the duration, location or model of the car, the difference will be calculated starting
from the price of the new car rental, updated and published on the site. The rental cost is calculated
based on the exact pick-up and return times specified in the voucher. Unfortunately we are not in
able to repay any unused rental time frames
NO SHOWS: A cancellation fee corresponding to 100% of the amount paid will come
applied in the event that we were not aware of the cancellation before the start of
rental. This penalty will also be applied in the event that we are not aware of the failure
collection of the vehicle due to insufficient documentation, lack of valid credit card
containing sufficient funds to cover the deposit, inability to collect the vehicle first
of the scheduled time and date of the start of the rental
When collecting the vehicle, the driver and any other driver will have to
present a valid driver's license in their name. (If the driver has a driving license
for less than 2 years, please notify our staff as there could be problems
rental restrictions). Please note that the international driving license is not
replaces the national driving license. At the time of pick up the car is mandatory

ELECTRON, POSTEPAY, PREPAID CARDS, SWITCH, LASER, ONLY, MASTER,
BANCOMAT, CASH MONEY and CHECKS. DEBT CARDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE EXPRESSLY INDICATED AN ESTIMATE AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION. The assignment of the vehicle with debit cards is always at the discretion of the bank operator. Accepted cards must have exactly the features required at the time of booking. No responsibility can be attributed to Automotive Solution for vehicles not entrusted by the charterer. The customer, by booking with a debit card, accepts the aforementioned condition. This deposit is normally returned
at the end of the rental once verified that the car was returned in the same condition as
departure. Only internationally recognized credit cards accepted and these must be
on behalf of the main driver. Do not hesitate to contact our Booking Center through
the toll-free number if you are in doubt about the type of credit card you have before making the
booking, or if you have already made the booking upon receipt of this voucher. Deposits
in cash they are rarely accepted so be sure to notify our team in the case
you would like this form of payment. When picking up the car, be sure to inspect
the vehicle and in case of damage or problems inform the supplier. We also advise you to check the
vehicle together with the rental company at the time of its return to ensure that
any damage is correctly documented by the supplier.
All rentals are counted within 24 hours. A full day will be calculated for each part of the
24 hours used time. The customer is responsible for all tolls, congestion fees, fines for
parking or speed. Please note that if you pick up the vehicle from an airport you will have to
notify the number of your arrival flight at least 3 days before the rental.

flight arrival delay if the number has not been provided.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of the rental, you must report each
complaint directly to the local supplier before the end of the rental.
Insurance information
At the vendor's desk, you can consider buying an additional cover to reduce or
remove your deductible, or to cover items not covered by the Limitation of
Liability for Collision (CDW), such as tires and windshields. Please note: if
you decide to buy the coverage of the supplier, the contract will be valid between you and the supplier. From the
at the time rentalcars.com is not involved, we will not be able to assist you if you are not
satisfied with the cost of their coverage, or the level of protection it provides.
When renting a vehicle, the rental contract normally includes the
limitation of liability in case of damage (CDW) and insurance against theft (TW). The
CDW limits your liability for payment for any damage caused to the vehicle during
rental period. The TW provides coverage for theft or damage resulting from attempted theft of the
vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any losses that our partners of
car hire could incur. Both are subject to some exclusions. Your
liability is limited if subject to the payment of a sum, called a 'deductible' which limits
your responsibility for the cost of the deductible only. In some cases, a deductible does not apply
and you will be informed of this when booking.
Your rental includes the limitation of liability in case of damage and theft (CDW and TP) with
a deductible ranging from € 800 to € 2500. You will be asked to leave a deposit of the value of
car franchise and a full tank of gas at the time of collecting the car

Repayment of the excess for damages
When renting any vehicle, the driver will be required to leave a deposit
